A dream coming true in Burundi! In September 2022, the service in Burundi witnessed a turning point! During the pastoral visit of His Grace Abba Mark, Bishop of the Coptic Orthodox Church in Paris and North France, His Grace attended a great official inauguration of St. Mary Technical School in Ruyigy, Burundi, with Fr. Daoud Lamei, Founder of St. Paul Coptic Service, Fr. Estephanos Morcos, Responsible of the service in Burundi, and Fr. Stephanos Joseph from Paris. Many representatives from the government in Burundi attended the event, which was covered by the local media (radio and TV).
Also, His Grace consecrated a Coptic Orthodox Church in Bujumbura; it was a great event where His Excellency the Ambassador of Egypt in Burundi, Mr. Yasser EL Attawi, attended with a big Egyptian and local congregation.
